• Stay a 3rd night and swop one game drive for a 1-hour spa massage treatment free of charge. Change you lunch booking in to a picnic at our red bishop picnic site accompanied by a bottle of wine.
• Private dinning subject to availability- 24-hour notice

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children of all ages are welcome at the Garden Route Game Lodge and are specially catered for.
• Children are accommodated in our Luxury Lodge Family Rooms, Luxury Family Suites and Luxury Family Suite w/Pool only.
• Children between 6 and 12 years pay half price for accommodation packages, meals & game drives.
• Children between 3 and 5 years pay quarter price for accommodation packages, meals & game drives
• Children under 3 are free.
• Children are accommodated in two separate beds / or on extra stretcher beds in the room (GRGL will advise accordingly)
• A maximum of 2 children and 1 infant can be accommodated per room with a maximum of 2 adults sharing
• All activities forming part of the Kids on Safari including extra game drives and complimentary gift are included in your stay.
• Mom and dad are welcome to join the kids game drive at 2pm – should this be the scheduled activity for the day

• Child minders can be arranged during game drive times as well as meal times.
• Child minding is done by Lodge staff at an additional cost.

TRANSFERS

• Transfers to and from Garden Route Game Lodge can be arranged from Cape Town and Garden Route.

DEPOSIT POLICY

• A 100% deposit will be required within 7 days of reservation being made
• You are welcome to make full pre-payment prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No Verbal cancellations will be accepted.
• Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure that you receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation from reservations.
• Garden Route Game Lodge reserves the right to charge:
• 30% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival
• 50% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30 days to22 days prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival
• The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in room/cabin numbers
