Delicate floral elements blossom into grapefruit, stone fruit and limes along with subtle wood spice culminating in a racy structured palate with great depth and dimension finishing with riveting freshness.
De Grendel Viognier
De Grendel Viognier is a great food wine which will pair well with rich pasta, chicken and pork dishes. Its a wine with rich, intense aromas and tastes of white flowers, ripe fleshy peaches, apricots and desiccated pineapple followed through on the palate with an undertow of soft, buttery oak barrel flavours.
Beyerskloof Pinotage is South Africa’s most popular Pinotage loved for its consistently easy drinking style and character with classic red cherries and ripe plum, along with subtle notes of cedar and mocha revealed with richness, succulence and ripe tannin texture through to a smooth finish.
Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon
High altitude Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards that have a longer ripening period give rise to this phenomenal wine. Ripe dark fruit with cassis and blackcurrants with cedar wood undertones. The elegant oaking expresses hints of smokiness and tobacco leaf creating a complex wine with a velvety finish on the palate.
